Peggy’s breadth and depth of experience, and language skills, including fluency in Spanish, have been helpful in planning complex international programs. She was the meetings and conference manager for an international association of attorneys and judges, and the global education manger for a major medical device company.

Peggy has enjoyed her true calling, conference and event production, for 20 years, and is always guided by the event objective – whether sales, networking, training, professional development or just plain fun. She is an innovator using fresh meeting design, streamlined guest flow logistics, and especially event technology. In 2014 she and three other like-minded senior planners banded together as InterAct.Events / A Division of Windhausen Marketing, where she currently produces high level professional programs. And her appreciation for all things digital brought her to meet and team up with Dahlia El Gazzar, the visionary whom she had long admired.

Peggy has been a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) since 2005. She received her Mobile App Certification from Meeting Professionals International in the inaugural class of candidates. Peggy is a member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), the Senior Planners Industry Network (SPIN) and Meeting Professionals International (MPI). She served on the board of her local MPI chapter for seven years. She has been recognized by several organizations, e.g., MPI Orange County’s President’s Choice Award, Outstanding Chapter Leadership Award, Shining Star Award, Tim Brown Scholarship. She received the National Gold Award for Special Events by Fundraising Magazine, and was nominated for MPIOC’s Hall of Fame Award.
